Shipping Information: All of our online products are packed and shipped within a 5-day timeframe from the original date of order unless otherwise noted. Any order placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next day. Once an item is purchased, our return and exchange policy will take effect.
Returns and Exchanges: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the item was damaged upon arrival. If damage is evident, it’s required that you place a claim with the shipping company within 2-days of the product’s receipt. Home and Garden Culture will not be responsible for damaged merchandise and it’s the responsibility of the carrier. Damaged merchandise will be replaced quickly given all documentation with the shipping company is available and we have an insurance claim number to work with. Shipping/Freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are subject to a 15% exchange fee at the discretion of Home and Garden Culture. Shipping/Freight is the responsibility of the customer.
